Went in to transfer my data from my computer iPhone to a my new pixel phone There were a few stumbling blocks as my iPhone was a 6s. Harmanpreet was very patient and knowledgeable He spent much time guiding me through the process Thanks very much for his patience. I Will recommend the Park and Tilford Telus Store to everyone

As a person who has dealt with B.C. tel, and then moved onto Telus when it changed over, I have to say that I loved the Telus employees on the whole. I had a gal go out of her way (stay on the phone long distance) to help resolve the matter at hand. Very impressed.

Highly recommend this Telus store for service. Garry was incredibly patient, knowledgeable and helpful. I truly appreciate his understanding of how stressful technology can be for tech challenged customers like myself.

Great experience dealing with Rameet at Telus Open Connection in Ladner, BC. My wife and I were switching carriers to Telus, so went through the whole procedure nicely. The information was explained in a careful and detailed way, discounts applied where able. This was a relaxed and enjoyable time with the help from a very nice sales associate, and comfortable store.

Overall, I could not have asked for a better experience at Open Connection on both visits. As local business owners, my husband and I live and breathe customer service EVERY DAY and we care deeply about making sure OUR customers feel like they have received the best service possible. The staff are helpful with recommendations as to what products and phone plans would work best for you. The staff were willing to work past closing time to help my family out. Overall, the staff have your best interest in mind when helping you out.

I was in the shop last week and had the best experience getting set up with a new phone plan I've ever had. Gammy is very upfront about all the details and extremely informative about the products they offer. I just made the switch to TELUS and am wishing I had done it years ago. They have my business from this point forward and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone I know.
