1.What happens with my existing Netflix, AppleTV+ or discovery+ accounts?
Add Stream+ then link to an existing account to preserve your watch history, account settings and preferences. When you link you’ll also transfer billing to TELUS.
3.I’ve taken the steps to add Stream+ so how do I watch content?
Once you add Stream+, go to My TELUS, log in to your account, and then activate Netflix Premium, Apple TV+ and discovery+. If you have existing accounts with Netflix, Apple TV+ or discovery+, link those through My TELUS. To view TELUS TV+ content, visit telustvplus.telus.com on your browser and log in with your My TELUS credentials. Watch content on TELUS TV+ without activating an account.
2.What do I do if my TELUS Optik TV package already has a Netflix account?
Here’s how to handle this situation: Login to My TELUS; update your Optik TV package; pick another premium option, such as Crave, as part of your Optik TV package; and avoid being double-billed for Netflix.
4.If I don’t want Stream+ any longer, how do I cancel?
