Can I stream Pik TV on multiple devices?

There is a limit of 1 Pik TV Media Box or TELUS TV Digital Box per Pik TV account. But you can choose up to 2 devices at a time to stream Pik TV.

What hardware do I need to watch PikTV?

Here’s what you can use to watch PikTV: the TELUS TV Digital Box; Apple TV (HD and 4K); NVIDIA Shield TV; Sony Android TV; and Chromecast with Google TV. If you’re looking for a compatible device, they are available at major electronics retailers.

Can I watch Pik TV with the screen mirroring setting?

No, screen mirroring like Airplay or Chromecast does not work to view Pik TV.

Can I get a refund if I return my hardware?

Any equipment purchased from TELUS is eligible for a full refund if you return it to the original point of purchase within the first 30 days of service.

I need to know how to add or change my channels?

It’s easy to manage your account by visiting TELUS.com/myTELUS or by calling 310-MYTV to speak with a customer service representative. Use your account to add or change channels, check your bill, enrol in rewards.

Is it difficult to install Pik TV?

You don’t need to call a technician to install your TV. Your TELUS TV Digital Box comes with installation instructions. Or, download the Pik TV app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and install it on a compatible device. I have an Internet data allowance. Will watching Pik TV count towards it?

Here’s the good news – the answer is no! You can watch Pik TV live and On Demand on your TELUS home internet connection and that won’t count towards your data usage. But watching third-party apps like Netflix does use your internet data. Also, if you’re away from your home Internet, you may face data usage charges when you stream Pik TV.
